The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office is now advertising for DETENTION OFFICER at the jail. Qualified applicants must have attained a high school diploma or GED by a SACS Accredited school to be P.O.S.T. Certified. Applicants must be able to complete P.O.S.T. Certification within 6 months of employment.
